About Sarah

Sarah is a qualified Nutritionist with a passion for helping women, children, and families achieve better health through evidence-based nutrition and practical lifestyle support.

Her journey into nutrition began after more than 20 years working as a Personal Trainer, where she saw firsthand that lasting health outcomes require more than exercise alone. Many clients were struggling with confusing nutrition advice, restrictive diets, hormonal concerns, low energy, digestive issues, and chronic health conditions that were not being addressed through fitness alone.

Driven by a desire to support the whole person, Sarah completed a degree in Health Science and expanded her practice to focus on nutrition, metabolic health, and preventative care.

Today, Sarah works with women, men and children across all stages of life, helping them better understand their bodies, support hormone balance, improve energy levels, and build sustainable eating habits that fit into everyday life. She also has a special interest in paediatric nutrition, supporting children with concerns such as eczema, iron deficiency, immunity, fussy eating, growth and development, and overall well being.

Sarah is passionate about helping individuals living with autoimmune conditions and chronic inflammation, providing personalised nutrition strategies that support long-term health and quality of life.

Her approach is compassionate, practical, and realistic. Rather than promoting restrictive diets or quick fixes, Sarah empowers her clients with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to make informed choices that support their health for the long term.

Sarah believes that good nutrition should feel achievable, not overwhelming, and that small, sustainable changes can have a profound impact on health, vitality, and wellbeing.
