Sarah McMahon is a Credentialed Mental Health Nurse at Coasties Health, bringing a depth of clinical experience that spans both acute medical care and specialist mental health practice.
Sarah began her nursing career at Gosford Hospital, working across medical, surgical, and emergency departments. This grounding in physical health gives her a distinctive perspective — she understands how closely our bodies and minds are connected, and how physical health conditions can significantly affect mental wellbeing and coping capacity.
She now specialises in child and adolescent mental health, while also supporting adults navigating a wide range of mental health challenges. Sarah also runs Saltwater Therapy Service, based in Erina, where she continues to provide dedicated mental health care to the local community.
