Michelle Kerr is a Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in primary health care, diabetes, and endocrinology. She supports people across the Central Coast with evidence-based, holistic care focused on improving metabolic health and achieving sustainable weight outcomes.

Michelle takes a practical, non-judgemental approach and works with you to understand what’s driving weight changes, symptoms, and health risks. This includes a careful review of hormones, insulin resistance, appetite regulation, lifestyle patterns, sleep, stress, medications, and relevant pathology.
